My DVD/CD player broke, and we called to make an appointment to get it checked out. They got us in right away, looked at it and told us that they had to order parts to fix it and we would have to come back. They called about 3 days later and told us that they had the parts ready, and were wondering when we could make an appointment. We set a 10am appointment on a Saturday, and as soon as we got there they pulled in my car and got to work!! We waiting in the waiting room while they were working, but they did offer twice to bring us anywhere we wanted to go. When they were done they told us everything that they did, and said it was good to go. They not only fixed the DVD/CD player but they always washed it for us as well! I brought in my Saturn Outlook 2008 for some repairs. Luckily, I had a power steering situation that was easily taken care of by bleeding the lines and putting new fluid and a minor repair. Then I had my transmission fluid drained, new filter, etc. This was normal maintenance for this vehicle. Two problems involving the front wheels came to a whopping $1,100.00 but this was covered under my extended warranty. I purchased this vehicle less that a year ago from the local Schwan dealership for which I am very happy. They provided me with a vehicle to drive while mine was being serviced and that was a stress reliever. I am thankful for the great service and being convinced to purchase the extended warranty.
