Bryant and the staff at Schwan Pontiac:
Thank-You!!
Thank you for treating me and my car with such compassion. I have never had an accident-much less on a newer car! You reassured me from the beginning that it would be made NEW! I appreciated all the "update calls". From the bottom of my heart- I say THANK YOU!

Re: Warranty service on 2010 Buick Enlave CX/Customer 26186
Dear Schwan GMC and Jeremy,
Reference is made to the warranty/service that you completed on our vehicle when it was in your care on February 1, 2012.
We wish to thank you for the service that you followed through with on our Enclave. The three issues that you replaced or serviced on our vehicle have taken care of the problem issues that we brought to you. The fluid leak near the front right tire has been taken care; the power steering issue has been restored to new; and the temperature gauge appears to be accurate.
We certainly appreciate your assistance and service whenever we have brought our vehicle into your facility.
"Thank you" from a happy customer.
John,
Thanks to you and Jeff for getting me into a different vehicle.
I really appreciate the great customer service I received at your dealership.
Also, thank for taking the time to transfer all my belongings from one vehicle to the other.
I will be singing your praises to others!
Melissa

Re: Veteran’s Day Thanksgiving Dinner
To Whom It May Concern:
We attended your Thanksgiving Dinner for veterans at the Elks Lodge in Bismarck on November 10th. We just wished to express our thanks for a wonderful meal, and appreciation for all your efforts to provide this meal. We enjoyed it thoroughly, and I know everyone who attended felt the same way. It was a great gesture for all veterans. Again, thank you for all your work, expense, and an absolutely delicious meal. Sincerely,
Gary and Kathleen S.

Dear Sir/Madam:
It is with humility that I write to thank you for the honor bestowed upon me on 10 November by honoring veterans at the Bismarck Elks Club who have served our great country. To me it was honor to serve and have made MANY friends who I consider comrades in arms.
Your service to all veterans has not gone unnoticed. We, my daughter and I, received first class service by all of your associates in greeting or serving us our food…They are to be commended.
Thank you again for your honoring the veterans in our community.
Sincerely,
John J.

Dear Steve:
Susan and I want to THANK YOU and the staff of Schwan Buick GMC and Cadillac for the great turkey dinner you and Bruce & Paul Bentz served for veterans today! The food was excellent and the event was well organized. We were both impressed with the crowd and the food!
And thank you for asking me to be the voice on your radio ad. It was fun!
Sincerely,
Bob and Susan
John,
I received the license plates this morning, and would like to thank you for the timely mailing, the exceptional correspondence in keeping us informed about all details as the sale progressed. Your sincerity and dedication was and is greatly appreciated. It has been a pleasure working with you. I have dealt with many automotive sales people with pushy, inflammatory, impersonal approaches, which has lost them the sales. Stay the way you are, and do not let the business harden you, it will bring you far more customers.
Thank you for your time and efforts, it has been a pleasure.

Steve,
I wanted to send out a KUDO's out to the Quick Lube dept. and Service Dept. Customer Service in this country has went downhill. And so many times I find myself frustrated with the lack of. But back in May when the flooding in Bismarck/Mandan started my company was called to help with designing and building of dikes in Burleigh County. Needless to say our Survey truck had a mechanical issue. We took it to another service dept. and was told they would have it done right away in the morning. Well morning came and went and when I called they hadn't looked at the vehicle. I called Schwan and spoke to Keith Kautzman and he got our vehicle in right away, fixed and out the door with in a couple short hours. It was imperative we have that vehicle for our survey crew to go out and survey and give residents elevations on their properties. The river was coming up and was not waiting for anyone. Schwan came through HUGE for us!!! After that we began taking all our company vehicles for service work to Schwan. The Quick Lube dept. is AWESOME!!!! Everyone there is so polite, professional and genuinely kind. I always get a hello, how are you, what can we do for you ect...It is so nice to have such wonderful customer service. It puts a smile on my face and in turn I feel the need to return the great customer service to my clients. We have several places we could take our vehicles for maintenance, but we will drive from NE Bismarck, across the river to Schwan for the wonderful Customer Service and work that is done there. That says a lot about a business. I have since began taking my own vehicle for maintenance to Schwan as well. I believe customer service is lacking in this country and not enough is said about how to correct that. But also not enough is said when great customer service is provided either. Your employees are wonderful there!!! Great Job! See you all soon!
Thank you again from all of us at Houston Engineering!

Dear Steve,
On behalf of all of us here at the Ronald McDonald House, thank you for sponsoring the hole in one contest. Thanks to your support we raised over $20,000 this year.
In 2010 we provided a “home away from home” to over 200 families while their children received critically needed care in one of our local medical facilities. Your support of our tournament helps us provide this service and fulfill our mission “to improve the lives of children and their families”.
Thank you again for helping us help the kids.
Sincerely,

Schwan GM Auto Center –
July 30th – traveling to Bismarck we had trouble with our wheel bearings and we were directed to Schwans for help.
We appreciate everyone who we came into contact with – starting with Zach. A nice young man who took the car for a drive to figure out the problem, Zach took us to the manager Pat. Pat, feeling the need to help us so we could continue our journey to Fargo, got our car in for service on a very busy afternoon at Schwans – with a smile.
While waiting for the car’s work – Ben took us to Kirkwood so we could be with family. Friendly conversation made this trip to the mall very quickly.
Please let these men know, plus the owner, that they handled the situation very well and took our stress of traveling with a troubled vehicle away!
In appreciation –
Doug & Vonda.
Dear Steve,
The staff and kids of Home on the Range would like to thank you for your support of the Champions ride Match. The match is a 55 year tradition that could not continue without supporters like you. The funds raised go to help abused and neglected kids that call the ranch “home” in the hopes of giving them a happier life. Thanks so much for your help.
Sincerely;
